US Election 2012

Just over a month to go and it will be Election Day in the United States. Mitt Romney is the challenger and Obama is the incumbent.

For whom are you supporting and why?

I will be voting for Mitt Romney. I am confident that as PotUS, he can bring some leadership to the table when it comes to the US debt and deficit, especially when it comes to the entitlement programs.

Obama. All I know is that the Republicans have turned goofy ever since Sarah Palin and the crackpot Tea Party spawned. Maybe they were always goofy and I never noticed.

I voted for Jill Stein because I was mad that Obama shilled out to private healthcare companies instead of giving me what I thought he had campaigned on in 2008.

Romney did nothing for me as a candidate, plus I was mad that Ron Paul lost.

Regarding Ambigore's comment and considering the time period of the original post, I would say he was referring to birther-ism and various things that became popular amongst Republicans during the early Obama administration. Not their best time.

Edit: I also find it funny that the commonwealth countries would report on that kind of thing.
