FF7 movie

Hey everyone.

I'm planning on making a FF7 animated movie, but I'm having trouble trying to figure out a way to incorporate how the characters keep and use materia that they would find. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you want it different than the game? (Keeping the materia plugged into weapons or armor, and using it with a pose)

Marlene though did the most funny use! Throwing the materia on the dude, in Advent Children.
