I was reminded of a health prac I did back in uni. Gonna just have to go with honesty rule, but should be a fun things to do. Make sure you have a stopwatch.

Take your hands off you keyboard and relax. Take two deep breaths, then take a third as deep and you can and hold. Start the stopwatch.

Stop the watch when you have to exhale. What did you get?

45 seconds. I gotta say, I'm impressed with myself since I haven't done any kind of sports for two years already ahah. What about you?

82 seconds. During that prac I referred to, which was 11 years ago, I could do 125 or ever 154 when hyperoxygenating (face mask oxygen) for the three breaths.

I'm definitely fitter now than I was back then, but this seemed a lot harder! :/
