Re: Prometheus: Ridley Scott's Alien 'Prequel'

I haven't seen this yet. Reading about this movie at Wiki and thinking about the ads I've seen, I'm a little apprehensive. It's set in the Alien universe, which I feel is the definitive depiction of the "space trucker"/"working class in space" concept on screen. But Prometheus lo...

Re: "How can you snowboard at a time like this? Ha, ha, ha."

"Kind of amusing," good way to put it Reeve. I think that guy is making a classic failure to distinguish between the various contexts of "best." I imagine for one person, "best" means "the most well defined and layered character in all of gaming" while for ano...

Re: Is cybering cheating?

I've been in a long term relationship and am very much in love. But is cybering or having conversations with people online of a perverse nature straying from your spouse? I can only speak for myself on this. If my spouse were looking elsewhere for this kind of activity, I would take it as a sign th...

Re: Today's Citadel Update: FFVII Creators on its Developmen

Tifa or Aeris? That would have been an interesting decision to make. But maybe a no-brainer in hindsight. Tifa dies: Cloud and Aeris live happily ever after. Just not the same emotional impact, I think.

Re: RPing

Way Back When, I don't think we had a formal DM. But I did have the impression that there was a couple of players who seemed to know what was going on and their characters were driving the overall plot (maybe Reeve would know). The rest of the players could be apart of that if they wanted to or do t...

Re: RPing

When I first joined up, the single reason was for the RP. It was mind blow awesome. Practically everyone was a first rate player (I hope others include me in that category, I was but a noob) and active as well. I remember many a night when I should have been studying but I was refreshing the Citadel...

Re: HHS Contraception Mandate

1. Is contraception some kind of right? Why? No. Let us say that sex is a human need recognized by "science." Doesn't it follow then that instead of contraception being a right, sex is the right. And that instead of providing contraception, the State should be providing free sexual servic...
