Re: The Twelfth Doctor

I'm another who never "got" Dr Who despite my dad and older brother being very into it. I saw some with David Tennant which were ok, but overall I liken the show a bit to Sliders which isn't particularly high class or complimentary. Though quite a few of my friends refer to the "new D...

I'm definitely fitter now than I was back then, but this seemed a lot harder! :/

Re: Budget cuts

Social Welfare is a complex system. Obviously there are direct payments for certain groups, for example, single parents, that could be cut or removed. However, there is also a large number of less direct payments such as discounts for public transport for pensioners. Just wondering if you would targ...

Now for something completely different

Take your hands off you keyboard and relax. Take two deep breaths, then take a third as deep and you can and hold. Start the stopwatch. Stop t...

Budget cuts

So currently in Australia, like many places around the world, the focus is on "budget cuts". Obviously generating a lot of debate/hysteria.

So if you were in control of your country's budget, what area would you cut and why?
