Re: Catholic stuff

One blog I follow is by a Catholic priest. He tells stories about how when he travels, he wears the uniform because in past times, he has been approached by those who've sought spiritual advice, confession, etc. The uniform isn't about, "Oh, look at me, I'm a priest!" but rather, "If...

Game of Thrones Season 8 (Spoilers)

I was wondering who was watching Game of Thrones, because we have a limited time for speculation. Obviously the Night King is no more, and we will see no more white walkers, but some questions remain (bolded), and my opinion is below. Who do you think sits on the Iron Throne? My vote, pre-season 8, ...

Re: Memory lane

If you really feel comfortable doing it, I would maybe contact Reeve with just the simple request, "Hey, can you still approve accounts at the Citadel?" You're not asking her to come be a part of the community again, or anything like that, just: can you please do this simple favor for us? ...

Re: Replaying FF7

What about whatever you use to play CK2?

I can't speak to the Android/iOS releases, but the PC re-release from 2012(?) that you can get on Steam works great, and should run fine on Linux too if you enable the Proton service.

Replaying FF7

Hello all, I was just wondering how many are considering replaying FF7 while we wait for this remake? At this point, I have not done a full play-through of FF7, in.....19 years, probably. I did play it so heavily though that I wonder if it will still feel "played out", especially the begin...

Re: What have you read lately?

I read primarily non-fiction. House of Leaves has been on my list for a while, though. I need to see if I can find a hardback version of it with all of the "features". I recently started reading Eating Animals by Jonathan Foer. It's sort of a depressing read. I also just bought The Oxford ...

Re: Unsolved Citadel Mysteries

Seph, I think you co-existed with Chibi-chan for a bit, as she did participate for a couple of the board moves. At that point she was posting semi-annually though, if I remember right. Maybe with more awards, or some big "award" thread? Another old name I saw on Site Information is Kanari ...

Re: Memory lane

I'd hate to involve someone who very deliberately and publicly stepped away.

Slider posted recently in my RPG thread. Maybe they know people? I assume moderators can't approve accounts, or it wouldn't be a problem.

Re: History

Which is fine! Make a thread on your interests and we'll participate.

There's a thread on books Seph made, I have one on RPGs, and we have a movie thread going.

Re: History

It could be a breakthrough Cloud. Now, people who whave visited, and leave disappointed with a dead board, will see all of this life.
