Bringing up a child

Aside from that, live on my own. 33 years old, no children yet which is a choice my own. I rather have children with someone worth it and well based on my upbringing I don't want to lay down with a woman who will not want to have a two-parent upbringing for my children. From my experiences alone th...

The Thirteenth Doctor

Are you okay with the fact the new Doctor is a woman? Does this mess up the mythology for you? After all, we know the Doctor has had children as a man. I am a bit underwhelmed by who they chose to play the part. Jodie looks okay and I'm sure she's a fine actress, but I was hoping that if they really...

Re: What have you seen?

I am looking forward to seeing Terry Gilliam's The Man Who Killed Don Quixote now that it has been made at long last. It premiered at Cannes on the 19th and the reviews have been mixed to say the least.

No Star Wars or any of the big franchises. :) Christian, I guess? I was nine-man I don't really remember exactly. I have a...

Re: Are we dead?

You certainly could widen your interest. But, I understand. Heh. I could say the same about the kind of movies you are interested in. ;) I believe organized religion is. I mainly think the church with the hell fire and brimstone of being a sinner is going quite to far. I feel like a hypocrite and c...

Re: Are we dead?

Really? So you missed out on alot of good games I'd say. Ps4 is alot cheaper now. you should make the leap. Gonna have to eventually for the remake. However, you can also play with people online as well. Honestly, I never was that much of a gamer. If I hadn't have seen the Final Fantasy VII commerc...

Re: Are we dead?

Let's do this old school! I'm doing okay I suppose. I quit my lifelong weed smoking routine back in July to work a better job and make more money. I been doing the weed smoking thing slightly before I joined here back in 1999 when it was still On inside the web as the forums and the site was still h...

Blade Runner 2049

Have you seen this? If you have, what is your opinion? How does it hold up next to the first film? What is the underlying theme of the new movie?

Re: My Star Wars/FF7 mash-up

Luke was walking at a brisk pace towards the city. Artoo rolled along, beeping and whistling now and then, its little scanner up and shifting back and forth. He had already had to fight off some kind of strange creature. Skywalker had made quick work of it with his lightsaber. The Force had flowed t...
